Please - Take our Product Launch Template

Thanks for visiting Build It, Ship It.  As a product manager, it's been common for me to be asked to help organize a product launch too.  Yes, that's another job altogether, but sometimes we wear different hats.  I've found myself using the same launch template as a starting point and wanted to share.

Click here to access a template I've used for product launches in the past.  It is very generic and meant to serve as a jumping off point for your own launch.  While this template includes 30 items, expect that yours will grow considerably, probably up to more than 100 items as your list becomes more granular to meet your business requirements.  And I'd love to continue to improve the template with your feedback!  Please leave feedback in terms of comments on the doc so that I can continuously improve the template for others.  Enjoy and thanks!
